Mid-Summer Night's Feast Menu Announcement

Friends and Members of the El Dorado Supper Club,
We are pleased to announce the menu for our very special dinner coming up Saturday, July 27th at the fantastic studio of local art legend Bobby Furst.
Fully embracing the adage "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen," we are excited to be preparing portions of this meal outdoors on charcoal grills.
Start your night with a grilled flatbread, with shavings of Parmagiano Reggiano cheese, salty Kalamata olives and fresh herbs. The perfect complement to this savory appetizer is our sparkling cocktail, the Monaco Grand Prix, which mixes fresh watermelon, basil and Hendrick's gin.
Our second course is a refreshing palate cleanser, a cool cantaloupe gazpacho, garnished with a swirl of freshly infused mint oil.
Our main course serves up a Mediterranean medley: a grilled chicken kebab with a lemony yogurt sauce, vegetable-studded Greek orzo salad and a hearty slice of perfectly ripe heirloom tomato. Vegetarians can opt for char-grilled eggplant steaks instead of the chicken.
Our dessert is a homemade Baklava ice cream sundae served in a crisp phyllo cup and topped with crushed salted pistachios and a drizzle of warm honey.
After the meal, if you'd like, take your seat in Bobby's theater and enjoy a showing of Wes Anderson's enchanting "Moonrise Kingdom," a summertime fable of young love and stormy weather.

Come celebrate summer's delights with us at this unique location, and share a lively, memorable meal with like-minded food lovers at our communal supper club. Seating is limited so please reserve early for this prix-fixe multi-course menu with complimentary cocktail, optional molecular wine pairings and non-alcoholic beverages.

This dinner will take place at Bobby's studio, Furst World:
8525 Desert Shadows Road
Joshua Tree, CA 92252
Saturday July 27th, 6:30pm.
Reservations are required.
Each dinner reservation includes one complimentary cocktail.
The film screening will begin immediately following dinner and runs about 90 minutes. You are invited to stay and watch, but of course it is optional.

We are holding only one seating at 6:30pm and seats are limited. Please RSVP and let us know if you prefer the chicken or vegetarian eggplant entree to eldoradosupperclub@gmail.com
