Save the Date July 27th

Friends and members of the El Dorado Supper Club, mark your calendars!

Join us on Saturday July 27th for Dinner & a Movie to celebrate summer's bounty!
The El Dorado Supper Club will be presenting our midsummer dinner at the studio of legendary local artist Bobby Furst in Joshua Tree, aka Furst World.
Fully embracing the adage "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen," we will be preparing this meal outdoors on charcoal grills. Once again we will be offering a prix-fixe, mulit-course menu with complimetary cocktail, plus optional molecularly paired wines. Our
full menu, vegetarian option and seating time will be posted shortly.
Following dinner, we will be moving into Bobby's theater and enjoying a screening of Wes Anderson's fantastic flick "Moonrise Kingdom". Join us for this unique event, and share a lively memorable meal with like-minded food lovers at our communal supper club.
Please Save the Date to taste summer's delights with us this July 27th.

¡Saved by Tacos! Saturday June 22nd

Dear Friends and Members of the El Dorado Supper Club,

Please join us to celebrate summer with Saved By Tacos!, an informal and reasonably priced four-course dinner on Saturday, June 22, presenting our favorite warm-weather Mexican flavors in fresh and unusual ways.

Start your evening munching on salty, crispy corn chips with our homemade red and roasted green salsas.

Our second course is a refreshing salad, pairing black beans and fresh corn over tender red leaf lettuce, tossed in an avocado-lime dressing.

For omnivores, the main course is a trio of tacos: pork chile verde aka our Green Manalishi, bacon-bison cheddar-burger with sweet pickle, and hearty potato-soyrizo, all served on freshly handmade corn tortillas.
Vegetarians will enjoy three tacos as well: jackfruit chile verde, well-fried pinto beans with sharp cheddar and sweet pickle, and potato-soyrizo, all on fresh corn tortillas.

Dessert will be a bit of a surprise. Let's just say coconut and Mexican chocolate are involved.

This dinner will take place in Yucca Valley; the precise location will be given with RSVP confirmation.
Saturday June 22nd, 7pm.
Reservations are required.
Each dinner reservation costs $25.
Cash payment will be accepted in person, exact change appreciated.
Our signature Tequila drink, the Corvette Summer, Sangria, Mexican beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

We are holding only one seating at 7pm and seats are limited. Please RSVP and let us know if you prefer the meat or vegetarian taco dinner to eldoradosupperclub@gmail.com

We look forward to eating with you!
